Leadership, Innovation & Knowledge

Leadership, Innovation & Knowledge (LInK) LAB takes a multidisciplinary approach to better understand the ways in which digital transformation is revolutionising the nature of work, including where and how work gets done (e.g. virtual work, crowdwork and gigwork). The lab considers how the nature of leadership and performance management is changing in these non-standard work settings and how employee well-being may be impacted. The types of skills required for these new forms of work and how knowledge gets created and shared are also relevant themes. Other research examines AI and its impact on jobs, as well as the role of data analytics in creating value for organisations.
