Daniel Fellows

Daniel is the founder and CEO of Get-optimal. Daniels company optimises Job Ads for diversity, inclusion and SEO. From his time at Indeed and now with Optimal, Daniel knows a great deal about the global problem his business is solving. He previously worked on solving technology challenges at behemoths; Nokia, Microsoft, Vodafone, LifeWorks and most recently held a Director of Marketing role at Indeed.com – the world’s largest search engine for jobs. 

Amber Brown

Amber is an ‘Intrapreneur’ at heart, finding new ways to solve problems and foster product innovation that makes a difference at iCIMS, a Talent Cloud Solutions company over with 332 million users across 200 countries and territories. Andreea Wade

Andreea is Portfolio Director, AI/ML at iCIMS, the leading HR cloud platform for recruiting. Previously, she was CEO and co-founder of Opening.io, which was recently acquired by iCIMS. She has a background in programming, journalism, product management, business development, entrepreneurship and investing. Andreea is a startup mentor, having mentored in all the major incubators and accelerators in Europe

Professor David Collings

David Collings is Professor of HRM at DCU Business School where he is Director of the Leadership and Talent Institute. He is a leading international expert on talent management, global mobility and the future of work. He has been named as one of the most influential thinkers in the field of HR by HR Magazine and has published twelve books and numerous papers in leading outlets.

Tracy Keogh

Tracy is a co-founder of Grow Remote – an award winning non-profit making remote work both visible and accessible locally. The organisation is now in 130+ local communities with a newly founded full time team in place. Having 10+ years experience in technology startups, Tracy spent the last few years in community development in regional and rural Ireland. A graduate of economics and finance from the University of Limerick, Tracy currently works in Bank of Ireland. 

Cara Simon

Cara is the Co-founder/COO of Learn International, an internationally traded company based in Kildare.Learn International brings university students from various countries to study and intern abroad in Europe and the South Pacific. Her background is in Higher Education, Leadership, Psychology, Counselling, and Project Management. Growing an SME has opened many doors including exposure to the digital marketing world and the efficiencies it offers to a global market. 

James Duggan

James Duggan is an Irish Research Council PhD Scholar at the Cork University Business School, UCC. With a background in new media and technology, James’ research examines the fragmented nature of working relationships in the global gig economy. In particular, his research focuses on the role of algorithmic management in shaping the experiences of app-based gig workers and the subsequent issues relating to autonomy, power imbalances, and development opportunities. 

Dr Niamh Humphries

Dr Niamh Humphries is a Reader in Health Systems Research at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and holds a HRB Emerging Investigator Award. Since completing a PhD in Sociology in UCD in 2006, her research focus has been the health workforce. She currently leads the Hospital Doctor Retention and Motivation Project (HDRM) which is focussed on hospital doctor retention. For this event, she will present findings from the HDRM project.

Sharon Keegan

Sharon Keegan Founder CEO Peachylean.com, a shapewear apparel brand selling confidence and self-esteem in form of spandex and nylon. Winners of 2019 new emerging business, a national recognition by the SFA. Sharon took part in the DCU female Highfliers programme where Peachylean.com was awarded best start up. Peachylean has just been featured in the Sunday business post top 100 start-ups in Ireland 2020. Sharon has ran two previous business in Ireland.

Michelle Humphreys

Michelle is the Vice President of Citrix – EMEA Customer Success. She is a hybrid and digital transformation global leader with experience of developing and delivering business solutions across 3 continents for VMware. She has a successful track record of incubating and transforming businesses with high trajectory growth aspirations. 

Chris Curran

Chris Curran has over 20 years of experience in financial services to Executive Director level. He has worked across a range of financial sectors including Insurance (Irish Life and Zurich), Private Banking (Bank of Ireland), Trading (Delta Index) and Family Office (Covestone Asset Management). Chris is currently  Head of Research and Innovation Partnerships in Irish Life’s Innovation Hub. 

Denise White-Hughes

Denise White-Hughes is Head of Employee Relations at Lidl Ireland and has a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. Denise is skilled in Employee Relations, Negotiation, Sales, Management, Time Management, and Teamwork. Graduate from University College Dublin and is a strong HR professional. 

Deirdre Lawler

Deirdre is the Operations Director for Ireland and the U.K. at EVO Payments. Deirdre is a proven service and operations executive with excellent business development and communication skills, along with strong leadership and motivation skills. 

Niamh Carroll

Niamh is Head of Talent Management at Lidl Ireland/Northern Ireland. Having certificates in both business management and workplace psychology, Niamh’s specialities lie in Leadership Training, People Management and Sales training.  

Gerard Lavin

Gerard is a Product Strategist at Citrix and focuses on developing product strategies that match business trends and customer needs. Gerard has over 20 years experience delivering great enduser experiences at both leading edge enterprise customers and vendors.
